Moomba Boats
I had the opportunity to work on the 3D models for the Moomba Web Boat Builder 2025.
I was responsible for the modeling and texturing of the hulls, decks and most of the inner hardware of their lineup.
The upholstery and the gator steps(the rubber plates on the deck floor) were modeled by Maicon Viebrantz.
32x32 was a common resolution for the tiling materials, and we relied more on manually tweaked normal directions rather than normal maps.
Softwares: Modo, Blender, Substance 3D Painter, Marmoset Toolbag, Photoshop

Using the Copy/Paste Vector funcionality in Blender to control normals direction.
With care and leveraging different techniques, its possible to achieve quality reflections on par with a CAD surface.
